Our restaurant is housed in a renovated
twisted yarn factory.
The name YArn represents
the history of the restaurant space
and also suggests our wish in
creating a special cuisine
truly unique to Ishikawa
by combining the various
essences of our experiences,
just like a single yarn is
created by twisting many yarns
together in the twining process.
We are hoping that
you will be one of
the yarns....
